To order your diamond, simply click on the Purchase sign next to the stones description page , order and register .

www.ArrowDiamonds.com web-site is using SSL128 protocol for a secure server. A 100% secure transaction , so you can safely enter your personal information on the order form.

Payments

www.ArrowDiamonds.com accepts payment by: Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer,Cash Memo, Money Orders and PayPal no C.O.D For PayPal please see PayPal's user agreement "All business transactions are to be concluded with Mr. Ichak Johnathan only at sales@arrowdiamonds.com and/or 1 (646)288-9569 We will send your diamonds as soon as your payment clears.

Layaway

A $2000 minimum purchase for any layaway. 25% of total deposit needed as 1st security payment. Maximum length of layaway is 60 days. No minimum installment amount. All payments must be made by Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer or Money Order only. If full payment is not made after 60 days, initial deposit of 25% is not refundable (restocking fee). LAYAWAY ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipments

Shipments are insured and sent internationally to the Miami branch. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the total payment, unless your order includes custom-made items. Please note that custom orders take longer to be shipped because of the additional manufacturing time we need to craft your special requirements. Every item is shipped with an invoice and a professional appraisal. We offer three shipping options. 

Option 1 - Regular Delivery All orders shipped by registered mail are free of shipping charges. All purchases will be shipped by registered mail unless you select an alternative shipping option. All packages are fully insured by ArrowDiamonds.com while in transit. You can expect to receive your purchase 10-14 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Option 2 - Express Delivery US$ 49.00 for orders up to US$ 999 US$ 59.00 for orders between US$ 1,000 - US$ 3,999 US$ 79.00 for orders between US$ 4,000 - US$ 7,999 US$ 109.00 for orders between US$ 8,000 - US$ 11,999 US$ 149.00 for orders of US$ 12,000 and above For faster delivery we use Express Mail Service which is similar to FedEx. Insurance and handling are included in the shipping fee. You can expect to receive your purchase 4-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse. 

Option 3 - Super Express Delivery US$ 199 to the USA and US$ 279 elsewhere Super Express deliveries are available for all orders and are shipped by special courier : Brink's, Malca-Amit, etc.. You can expect to receive your purchase within 2-3 business days. This service is fully insured door-to-door. The rules and regulations concerning courier delivery using our Super Express Delivery service vary from country to country. Please email us for specific shipping information to your location.

Returns

www.ArrowDiamonds.com will gladly take back any of its none cert. diamonds in its original condition, undamaged and accompanied by the original Invoice, Appraisal , all with in 30 days of purchase FOR STORE CREDIT. A shipping company will personally pick up and authenticate the diamonds at the European Gemological Laboratory (E.G.L) and return it back to us. The Customer will then receive store credit for the full amount less E.G.L. fee , shipping and handling . When a diamond is sold with an independent gem laboratory certificate, the buyer should look to the respective gem lab for confirmation of the opinions contained in that report. All cert. stones are sold with lab report on AS IS FINAL basis . We reserve the right to charge up to 25% restocking fee for all orders.

Sales Tax

Please be aware that if applicable, the taxing Authorities in your Country / State, may charge sales tax on your Internet Purchases. If you require further information on this issue, please contact the authorities in your Country / State.
